Jewelry Black Hills Gold is all about Customer Satisfaction with every purchase.  Our goal is to give you a satisfied shopping experience.  You will receive quality service during and after your purchase.  After you purchase from Jewelry Black Hills Gold, you will receive 100% Satisfaction within 30 days of your purchase (except for special orders) or your money will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.   See our return policy below.   All manufacture defects are replaced by the manufacture. The warrantee on the product is manufacture defect and not normal wear and tear.  Manufacture defect is like if the leaf falls off or breaks.  It does NOT cover heads and stones unless you had just received it, then we would take a look at it and determine if it is manufacture defect.

If repaired by other than our jewelers, that this would void the warranty. Also call 814-810-8215 or Email: bhgj.summey@gmail.com for a return authorization number (RMA number) to have item returned for repair.

In an effort to further safeguard our employees and their families, we have reduced our staffing to process orders 3 days per week.   Please note, any item with stones are considered non-stock and our inventory of product changes daily.  We are still taking
