Return Policy
You may return any item (except Special Orders or Closeout Orders) within 30 days of receiving your purchase provided you notify us of your intentions to do so within 10 days of receiving your order. A $50 return/restocking fee may be charged for items returned. All items must be in original condition (not worn or tags removed) and be returned in original packaging. All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To obtain a return authorization number, email us at bhgj.tiff@gmail.com. Be sure to use the word "return" in the subject area of the e-mail. Please put the "return authorization number" on the outside of the package. Special Orders & Closeout Orders are non-refundable except for manufacturers defect. In case of defect the item will be exchanged for replacement only.
