Currently, we only ship within USA. All orders are shipped via US Postal System (USPS) with a signature or UPS. As the item is in stock it will ship in approximately 10 business days of ordering. Should the item be out of stock it will take approximately 5 - 7 weeks to manufacture the product as each piece is hand-crafted through several procedures. All special orders will need to be produced. Please allow 8 - 9 weeks for production of special orders.
Holiday / Christmas: All orders placed after, November 25 will be processed as the order was originally placed. No changes can be processed in shipping or shipping addresses. Orders can be cancelled and re-processed as new with the changes, at no additional fees; however, this can affect your shipping window and/or inventory/availability.
Standard Shipping Available:
We ship DP3 Flat Rate Env/Box with Signature. Signature is required for delivery.
Express Shipping Available:
We offer express shipping within the United States through United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship DP4 Priority Mail Express with Signature.
We also offer express shipping within the United States through UPS. We ship DU3 Blue 2 Day Shipping, DU5 Blue 2 Day Shipping with Signature, or DU4 Red Next Day Air Shipping, DU6 Red Next Day Air Shipping with signature.

Need By Date Orders:
If you have a special event (date) that you need an item to be received by and have waited till the last minute or simply want to be sure your item will be on time, send us an email and let us know your "NEED BY DATE". Since most products are made to order, we will do our best to meet your date.
Insurance:
All orders are insured. After 3 attempts for delivery, the item will be returned and additional shipping costs will incur for reshipment.
